Ervaringsverhaal over SPEEKSELKLIERKANKER: een persoonlijk relaas van strijd en overwinning

Bloedendtandvlees.nl is een platform dat zich richt op mondgezondheid en algemene gezondheidsaspecten. Na de diagnose van SPEEKSELKLIERKANKER was Josine op zoek naar lotgenotenverhalen en handige tips voor de strijd tegen deze ziekte. Ze besloot haar persoonlijke verhaal te delen op 123tandarts.nl, omdat ze zelf weinig ervaringsverhalen online kon vinden.

Josine deelt haar verhaal twee jaar na haar laatste behandeling. Ze wil door haar verhaal te delen anderen bewust maken dat veranderingen in de mond niet altijd normaal zijn en hoe belangrijk het is om alert te zijn op mogelijke symptomen van mondziekten, zoals SPEEKSELKLIERKANKER. Ze vertelt hoe ze controle hield over haar gezondheid met de hulp van medische professionals en hoe ze haar lichaam ondersteunde tijdens de behandeling.

SPEEKSELKLIERKANKER kan soms lastig te herkennen zijn

In haar verhaal beschrijft Josine hoe ze pas na jaren van klachten de juiste diagnose kreeg. Ondanks meerdere bezoeken aan verschillende artsen en ziekenhuizen werd de tumor pas laat ontdekt. Na een zware operatie en bestralingen kon Josine haar leven langzaam weer oppakken. Ze benadrukt het belang van het tijdig herkennen van symptomen en het zoeken naar een second opinion als dat nodig is.

Jaren na haar behandelingen vertelt Josine over de fysieke en emotionele gevolgen van haar strijd tegen SPEEKSELKLIERKANKER. Ze heeft te maken met littekens, veranderingen in haar mond en de noodzaak van extra mondhygiëne. Ondanks de uitdagingen die ze tegenkomt, blijft Josine positief en dankbaar voor haar gezondheid.

Augustus 2025: een update over hoe het nu gaat

In augustus 2025 blikt Josine terug op haar herstelproces en de blijvende gevolgen van haar ziekte. Ze deelt openhartig hoe ze omgaat met de veranderingen in haar lichaam en hoe ze haar leven heeft aangepast na de behandelingen. Josine benadrukt het belang van zelfzorg en het luisteren naar je lichaam, ook na de behandeling van kanker.

Uiterlijke en innerlijke transformatie

Na haar gevecht tegen SPEEKSELKLIERKANKER heeft Josine een innerlijke transformatie doorgemaakt. Ze heeft geleerd om haar energie beter te verdelen en heeft een nieuw levensritme omarmd. Josine benadrukt dat iedereen een uniek verhaal heeft en dat het belangrijk is om signalen van ziekte serieus te nemen en op tijd hulp te zoeken.
